those who travel with us. And obviously, the more we know about our
travel companions, the more we can customize their experience. As we
plan your trip, we ask for some mandatory and some optional information;
in turn, we promise to protect this information and ensure that it
remains confidential. We also promise never to sell your information to
anyone.
WHAT WE ASK FOR AND WHY
You can purchase a trip or make a reservation by contacting us by
email or by phone or by visiting our website. At that time, we will ask
you to provide some basic information (such as your name, phone number
and credit card number and expiration date) so that we can identify you,
contact you and process your purchase. We may also need your gender and
age for identification purposes. However, we may need more information
than is required for a standard travel booking, as we strive to offer an
unparalleled level of customized service. Below is a description of some

Dietary Requirements:
We understand that some people
may have dietary restrictions. We try to accommodate these needs
whenever possible. To accomplish this, we will ask you to tell us about
your special dietary needs in the form sent to you with the welcome
packet.

and your emergency contact information. This helps us to ensure your
personal health and safety in the event of an emergency.
Flight and Passport Information: We request your
arrival information in order to ensure that we are available to assist
you when you arrive and answer your questions. For some trips, we
request passport information because it is required by our local service
providers (e.g. a hotel) or to facilitate your transportation while on a
trip.
Personal Preferences: We strive to provide you with the
highest level of personal service. We will record any special requests
or preferences that you make. This information is kept on file so that
we can meet all of your expectations. We also keep a record of past
trips you have taken with us so that we understand the the types of
activities or trips you prefer and to determine what information you

through any other business channel. In general, we require similar
information online to that which we require for you to make a booking
over the phone with one of our Travel Advisors.

regular updates and articles about our trips. To sign up for this
service, we ask that you provide us with your e-mail address, your
country of residence and your postal code. You may unsubscribe at any
time by using the link provided on every newsletter.
INFORMATION USE
Brochures: We may use your address information and
details about your personal preferences to mail you selected brochures.
