Heaven in the afternoon, dinner.

Half Day Chinese Cooking Class
Opening ceremony
General Introduction of Chinese Cuisine
Vegetable Carving Art
Hand-made Noodle Making
Food Carving
Afternoon sightseeing to include Lama
Temple ( an incredible Buddhist temple) and Rickshaw Tour through old
Beijing.
Day 4
Beijing Sightseeing, including Forbidden City, Tiananmen
Square and Summer Palace
Day 5
Half Day Chinese Cooking Class
Peking duck – cleaning, inside filling, drying, hanging
Practice under guidance of Chef
Peking Duck Pancake making
Chinese Dumpling Making
In the afternoon sightseeing to include Scenery Hill, Chinese Tea Ceremony, Changpu
Park and dinner at the fabulous Bai Family Restaurant.
Day 6
Half day Chinese Cooking Class
Learning how to cook four traditional courses:
Sliced Pork with Fish Taste
Palace Gong’s Chicken
Sweet & Sour Pork
Analysis of examples
Practice under guidance by of the chef
Afternoon sightseeing to include
Olympic Site, Chinese Herbal Pharmacy, Foot Massage
Take overnight train to Suzhou
Day 7
Arrive
Suzhou in the morning and transfer to Hotel Visit Lingering
Garden, one of the four most beautiful gardens in China.
No1 Silk
Factory.
Midu Bridge ( old Canal
Market area )
Day 8
Morning tour to Shantang old Town “ Oriental Venice”
Embroidery Institute.
Lunch and
take the ride to Shanghai
Afternoon
2 hours at Beital Cooking School
Day 9
Full day sightseeing to the bund (water front) Jade Buddha Temple,
Buddhist Tea Performance, and Shanghai Old Town. Lunch and dinner are
included.
Day 10
Beital Cooking school (2 hours)
General Introduction to Shanghai food
Shopping in Shanghai
Farewell dinner at Dynasty Restaurant
Night cruise over Huangpu River.
Day11
Transfer to airport for return home.
