They were so incredibly in tune with the group dynamic that they could literally anticipate every need. In the end, I missed them as much as I missed Italy itself. We all fell in love with Kate. She's a superb guide and also does a great job of reacting to the group dynamic, stopping to linger where there might be an interest or moving quickly on where there is less.
